摘要：目的分析耳聋、耳鸣患者的整体护理效果。方法选取甘肃中医药大学附属医院耳鼻喉科接受住院治疗的耳鸣耳聋患者70例,按照随机数表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例,在常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予常规护理,治疗组给予整体护理,治疗2周后,进行汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分,评价临床疗效。结果经治疗及护理干预后,治疗组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分较治疗前减低(P<0.05),且明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率88.6%,对照组总有效率77.1%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理能缓解耳聋伴耳鸣患者焦虑情绪,提高患者的临床疗效,促进患者恢复,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of holistic care on patients with deafness and tinnitus.Methods Seventy patients with tinnitus and deafness who were hospitalized in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology,Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table,with 35 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group received routine care.The treatment group gave holistic care,the HAMA score and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after 2 weeks.Results After treatment and nursing intervention,the HAMA score of the treatment group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.6%,and 77.1%of the control group.The treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic care can alleviate the anxiety of patients with deafness and tinnitus,improve the clinical efficacy of patients,and promote the recovery of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application.
