摘要：目的:分别划分野生和栽培秦艽商品规格及等级。方法:描述药材外部性状,借助专家传统鉴别经验划分商品规格,运用游标卡尺和软尺测量秦艽根的芦下直径和根长,通过SPSS的K-均值聚类,划分商品等级。结果:共划分出6个商品规格及相应的等级,野生萝卜艽一等和二等;野生麻花艽一等和二等;野生小秦艽一等和二等;栽培萝卜艽一等、二等和三等;栽培麻花艽一等和二等;栽培小秦艽一等和二等。结论:该方法科学有效,为秦艽的市场流通及进一步的质量评价提供了理论依据。
Objective：To divide commercial specifications and grades of wild and cultivated Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae.Methods：Firstly,describing external traits of Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae and dividing commercial specifications with the help of identification experience of expert.Secondly,using vernier caliper and tape to measure diameter of below the Lutou and root length of radix of Gentianae Macrophyllae.Lastly,dividing commercial grades by K-mean clustering on SPSS.Results：There were six commercial specifications and corresponding commercial grades,namely for first-class and second-class of wild Luobojiao,first-class and second-class of wild Mahuajiao,first-class and second-class of wild Xiaoqinjiao,first-class,secondclass and third-class of cultivated Luobojiao,first-class and second-class of cultivated Mahuajiao,first-class and second-class of cultivated Xiaoqinjiao.Conclusion：This method can provide theoretical basis for market circulation and further quality evaluation of Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae.
