摘要：随着人们所处社会环境的改变及饮食结构的变化,高脂血症的发病率和患病率逐年升高,严重威胁人类健康,其防治已成为现代医学的研究热点之一。西医治疗高脂血症机制明确,但不良反应较多,中医学对于高脂血症从肝论治尤为突出。近年来,肠道菌群在高脂血症的发生发展中的作用备受关注,本文基于中医“肝与大肠相通”理论,阐述肝-肠轴与高脂血症的相关性,从微生态学的角度阐释由肝论治高脂血症的科学性,以期为中西医结合防治高脂血症提供新思路。
With the changes of social environment and people′s diet structure,the incidence and prevalence of hyperlipidemia is increasing year by year,which seriously threatens human health.Its prevention and treatment have become one of the hot spots of modern medicine.Western medicine has a clear mechanism in the treatment of hyperlipidemia,but there are many adverse reactions.Chinese medicine is particularly prominent in the liver-based treatment of hyperlipidemia.In recent years,intestinal flora has drawn much attention in the development and occurrence of hyperlipidemia.Based on the theory of"liver and large intestine are interlinked"of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper discussed the correlation between liver-gut axis and hyperlipidemia,explained the scientific nature of the liver-based treatment of hyperlipidemia from the perspective of molecular biology,in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia by integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.
