摘要：目的:观察中药离子导入法治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:将乳腺增生病患者随机分为中药离子导入组、安慰剂离子导入组和中药外敷组,比较三组治疗后乳房疼痛、肿块大小等疗效。结果:中药离子导入能有效减轻乳房疼痛(P<0.01),提高治疗总有效率(P<0.01),疗效优于其他两组。三组治疗后超声影像学检查无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:中药离子导入法治疗乳腺增生病有一定的临床疗效,可以有效地缓解乳腺增生患者疼痛症状,提高生活质量。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine iontophoresis therapy on hyperplasia of mammary glands（ HMG）.Methods：HMG patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine iontophoresis group,placebo iontophoresis group and Chinese medicine external treatment group.The efficacy in the treatment of breast pain and lump size was compared among three groups.Results：Chinese medicine iontophoresis could effectively reduce breast pain（ P〈0.01） and increase the total effective rate（ P〈0.01）,which was more effective than those in other two groups.The ultrasonic imaging examination of three groups had no statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese medicine iontophoresis therapy has a certain clinical effect on HMG.It can effectively alleviate breast pain and improve the quality of life.
