摘要:目的探索不同降水条件对板蓝根药材产量和品质的影响,为优化田间管理方式,提升药材种植效率提供参考依据。方法通过调节天然降水,对不同降水条件下的板蓝根叶片叶绿素含量、(R,S)-告衣春含量、根部生物量、根长和侧根数进行比较分析。结果板蓝根的叶绿素含量和根部生物量在中度增雨时达到最大;减雨处理下的根长和侧根数与对照具有显著性差异,其中轻度减雨主根最长,中度减雨须根数最多;增雨处理下(土壤含水量约为田间持水量的80%~90%)板蓝根药材中(R,S)-告依春含量显著高于减雨处理(土壤含水量约为田间持水量的40%~60%)及对照(土壤含水量约为田间持水量的70%)。结论适度降低土壤含水量有利于板蓝根根部伸长生长,但含水量过低会导致侧根数量增加;较高的土壤含水量有助于板蓝根药材产量和药效物质的积累,田间种植管理中应保持较高的水分供给来保证药材质量。
Objective To explore the effects of different precipitation conditions on the yield and quality of Radix Isatidis,and to provide a reference basis for optimizing field management and improving the planting efficiency of Radix Isatidis.Methods By adjusting natural precipitation,the leaf chlorophyll content,root biomass,root length and lateral root number of Radix Isatidis under different precipitation conditions were compared and analyzed.Results The chlorophyll content and root biomass of Radix Isatidis reached the maximum under moderate rain enhancement,and the root length and lateral root number under rain reduction treatment were significantly different from control group,in which the main root of mild rain reduction is the longest,and the number of whisker roots of moderate rain reduction is the largest.The content of(R,S)-goitrin in Radix Isatidis under rain-increasing treatment(the soil water content is about 80%-90%of the field capacity)was significantly higher than that in rain-reducing treatment(the soil water content is about 40%-60%of the field capacity)and control(the soil water content is about 70%of the field capacity).Conclusion A moderate reduction of soil water content is beneficial to the root elongation and growth of Radix Isatidis,but too low water content will lead to an increase in the number of lateral roots,and higher soil water content contributes to the yield and accumulation of medicinal substances in Radix Isatidis.High water supply should be maintained in field planting management to ensure the quality of medicinal materials.
