摘要:目的 研究生骨再造散对激素性股骨头坏死家兔血脂水平的影响。方法 家兔 45只 ,随机分为 5组 :空白对照组、模型组、生骨再造散组、生骨再造散加手术组和马氏补骨片组。用糖皮质激素造成家兔激素性股骨头缺血性坏死模型。造模 6周开始 ,生骨再造散和生骨再造散加手术组灌胃生骨再造散 ( 3 2g·kg-1·d-1) ;马氏补骨片组灌胃马氏补骨片 ( 0 6g·kg-1·d-1) ;空白对照组和模型组灌胃等容量生理盐水。于造模第 5周和给药第 5周测各组家兔的胆固醇、甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白。结果 模型组与空白对照组相比 ,血清胆固醇、甘油三酯明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,高密度脂蛋白明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ;三个治疗组与模型组比较 ,血清胆固醇、甘油三酯明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,高密度脂蛋白明显升高(P <0 0 5 ) ;生骨再造散两组与马氏补骨片组比较无显著性差异。
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of Shengguzaizao San(SGZZS)(a prescription of traditional Chinese medicine on blood lipid in model s of hormoneinduced femoral head necrosi s in rabbits.Methods45 rabbits were divided into 5 groups ra n domly:1.control group;2.model group;3.SG ZZS(Chinese herbs)group;4.SGZZS and oper ation group and 5.Mashibugu Pian(MSBGP)( Chinese herb)group.Hormoneinduced femor al head necrosis models were produced by glucocorticoid hormone.From the 6th wee k after production of models,SGZZS was g iven to the rabbits of 3 and 4 groups(3 2 g·kg -1 ·d -1 ),MSBGP given to 5 group (3 2 g·kg -1 ·d -1 )and the same capacity o f normal saline to 1 and 2 groups.The co ntents of cholesterol,triglycerido and h igh density lipoprotein(HDL)of the rabbi ts were determined at 5th weeks after th e models were made and 5th weeks after t he drugs were given.ResultsCompared with control group,the contents of cholesterol and triglycerido in mode l group increased obviously,but the cont ent of HDL decreased obviously.Compared with model group,the contents of cholest erol and triglycerido in the three treat ment groups decreased obviously,but the content of HDL increased obviously.There were no marked difference between the t wo SGZZS groups and MSBGP group.ConclusionThe mechanism of SGZZS for the treatment of femoral head necrosis is seemingly r elated to its effects on blood lipid.
