摘要：二甲双胍是目前全世界应用最广泛的一种降糖药物,可以降低血糖、调节血脂、改善胰岛素敏感性和预防糖尿病进展。研究表明,二甲双胍还可改善糖尿病视网膜病变的眼底病变情况,并延缓糖尿病相关的血管并发症的发生发展,已经并且正在进行大量的体外和体内研究以及临床试验。糖尿病视网膜病变是最常见的糖尿病微血管并发症之一。近年来,该疾病的发病率增加,因此早期诊断和治疗非常重要。本文对近年来二甲双胍与糖尿病视网膜病变相关的研究进展加以综述。
Metformin is the most widely used hypoglycemic drug in the world,which can reduce blood glucose,regulate blood lipids,improve insulin sensitivity and prevent the progress of diabetes. At the same time,metformin can also improve the fundus of diabetic retinopathy and delay the occurrence and development of diabetes-related vascular complications. A large number of in vitro and in vivo studies and clinical trials have been and are being carried out. Diabetic retinopathy is one of the most common diabetic microvascular complications. In recent years,the incidence of the disease has increased,so early diagnosis and treatment is very important. This paper will review the research progress of metformin related to diabetic retinopathy in recent years.
