摘要：黄芪及其活性成分具有抗氧化应激、缓解神经炎症反应、抑制凋亡、调节自噬等药理作用,能够有效治疗帕金森病(PD)。现综述黄芪及其活性成分治疗PD可能的作用机制,为黄芪治疗PD的临床应用提供参考。
Astragali Radix and its active ingredients have pharmacological effects such as anti-oxidative stress,alleviation of neuroinflammatory response,inhibition of apoptosis,and regulation of autophagy,which can effectively treat Parkinson′s disease(PD).This paper mainly reviewed the possible mechanisms of Astragali Radix and its active ingredients on the treatment of PD,in order to provide ideas for the clinical application of Astragali Radix on the treatment of PD.
