摘要：胃癌发病率较高,对人们的健康造成了严重威胁。其早期临床症状并不典型且诊断率低,患者出现明显临床症状时多数已发展为进展期或晚期,此时手术效果及预后不理想。早期胃癌的治疗主要以手术根治为主,而进展期胃癌还需要联合化疗等方式进行后续治疗,但由于化疗药物多耐药,导致预后不佳。miRNA广泛参与了细胞的一系列重要生理活动,包括细胞的增殖、凋亡、发育、分化和代谢等,与胃癌及各类肿瘤的发生发展和预后密不可分。Let-7 miRNA家族是第2个被发现的miRNA。研究发现其在胃癌及各类肿瘤中低表达,但其调控机制尚不清楚。因此,明确Let-7 miRNA家族与胃癌的关系对胃癌的诊断治疗及预后有着十分重要的作用。
Gastric cancer has a high incidence,which is a serious threat to people′s health.The early clinical symptoms of gastric cancer are not obvious and the early diagnosis rate is low,the patient has developed into advanced stage at the time of diagnosis.The surgical resection of the lesion is the first choice for the treatment of gastric cancer,surgical resection is the main treatment for early gastric cancer,the treatment of advanced gastric cancer also requires chemotherapy,but due to the multidrug resistance of chemotherapy drugs,often lead to poor treatment.The prognosis of gastric cancer is poor due to the low early diagnosis rate and the multidrug resistance of chemotherapeutic drugs.MicroRNA(miRNA)is involved in a series of important processes of cells,including cell proliferation,apoptosis,development,differentiation and metabolism,which are inseparable from the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.The Let-7 miRNA family is the second miRNA.The study found that the expression of the Let-7 family is reduced in gastric cancer.Therefore,it is clear that the relationship between Let-7 family and gastric cancer plays an important role in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer.The review focused on the relationship between the Let-7 miRNA family and gastric cancer.
