摘要：目的 :寻求治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效方法。方法 :将 90例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为针刺“三阴穴”治疗组与内服前列康对照组进行疗效比较。结果 :治疗组的有效率为 85 0 %,与对照组有效率 6 0 0 %比较 ,经统计学处理 ,P <0 0 1 ,差异有非常显著性意义。结论 :针刺“三阴穴”治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效明显优于内服前列康 ,疗效肯定。
Objective To approach to an effective therapy for chronic prostatitis. Methods Ninety cases of chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group treated by acupuncture at ' Sanyin points' and the control group treated by oral administration of Qianliekang , and their therapeutic effects were compared. Results The total effective rate was 85 0% in the treatment group and 60 0% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups ( P <0 01). Conclusion Clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture at ' Sanyin points' is obviously higher than that of oral administration of Qianliekang for chronic prostatitis.
