摘要：痛风性关节炎为常见病、多发病,而且随着人们生活水平的提高以及饮食结构的改变,痛风性关节炎发生率呈现逐年上升趋势,痛风性关节炎发作后的关节肿胀与剧痛,会严重影响患者生活质量。目前西药多用口服排尿酸药为主要治疗手段,但不良反应较大,病情容易复发,在应用上有一定的局限性。随着中医对痛风性关节炎治疗的不断深入,针灸治疗该病取得了一定进展。本文从归纳痛风性关节炎发病机制、针灸治疗方法等方面出发,对近年关于中医针灸治疗痛风性关节炎的进展进行探究和总结。
Clinically,gouty arthritis is a common disease and frequently-occurring disease.With the improvement of people’s living standards and changes in diet,the incidence of gouty arthritis has shown an upward trend year by year.The joint swelling and severe pain after the onset of gouty arthritis will seriously affect the quality of life of patients.At present,western medicine mostly uses oral micturition acid as the main treatment method,but the adverse reactions are still relatively large,the disease is more likely to relapse,and there are certain limitations in application.With the continuous research of TCM on the treatment of gouty arthritis,certain progress has been made in the treatment of the disease through acupuncture.In this article,starting from summarizing the pathogenesis of gouty arthritis,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment methods,we will explore and summarize the progress of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of gouty arthritis in recent years.
