摘要：高血压病是以动脉血压持续升高为主要表现的慢性疾病,是临床上常见的心血管疾病。中医学认为血脉瘀滞是导致高血压病的重要病因之一,血瘀证是高血压病情发展的必经阶段,临床应用活血化瘀药治疗具有良好的效果,显示了活血化瘀治疗高血压病的优势。文章就近年来研究高血压病的从瘀论治的依据,活血化瘀药治疗高血压病的机理及活血化瘀的单味中药在高血压中的应用加以总结讨论。
Hypertension is a contiruous increase in aterial blood pressure as the main manifestation of chionic disease, it also a common cardiovascular disease. Chinese medicine believes that the blood stasis is one of the important causes of hypertension, blood stasis is a necessary stage of hypertension development and clinical application of blood stasis therapy has good effect, show- ing the advantage of treating hypertension blood stasis. In this paper, the basis of the treatment of hypertension from stasis, the mechanism of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of hypertension, and the application of single herbs of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of hypertension to discussed.
