摘要：子宫腺肌症是妇科常见的子宫良性病变,常与子宫肌瘤等其他妇科疾病共存,其发病机制尚未明确,女性往往在出现痛经进行性加重、子宫异常出血、月经量增多、不孕等临床症状时才去就诊,临床可通过典型病史、体征、影像学检查和血清CA125等做出诊断。治疗子宫腺肌症时需个体化,选择合理的治疗方式尤为重要,包括药物治疗和手术治疗。总的治疗原则以缓解症状、防止复发、纠正不孕为主,具体治疗方案需结合女性的年龄、生育要求及临床症状综合判断。
Adenomyosis is common uterine benign lesions in Department of Gynaecology,often coexist with uterine fibroids and other gynecological disease,its pathogenesis is not yet clear,women often appear on dysmenorrhea progression,abnormal uterine bleeding,menstrual quantity increased,infertility and other clinical symptoms will go to see a doctor,clinical diagnosis can be made by typical history,signs,imaging examination and serum CA125.The treatment of adenomyosis needs to be individualized,and it is particularly important to choose reasonable treatment methods,including drug treatment and surgical treatment.The general treatment principle is mainly to alleviate symptoms,prevent recurrence and correct infertility,the specific treatment plan should be combined with the woman’s age,fertility requirements and clinical symptoms.
