摘要：王道坤教授从医五十余载,对脾胃病的治疗颇有心得。因当代人们大多生活及工作压力大,饮食又多有不注,胃部疾病发病率逐年上升,其中在慢性萎缩性胃炎的患者中,由于肝失疏泄、胃失和降而导致的胃部疼痛、胀满、嗳气、泛酸等症居多。肝气不舒,横逆犯胃,胃降失和,进而导致胃胀痛等一系列症状。治疗应当以其自拟经验方“疏肝和胃汤”为主方,疏肝和胃、理气止痛。
Professor WANG Daokun has been practicing medicine for more than 50 years,and he has a lot of experience in the treatment of the diseases of Spleen and Stomach.Because of the high pressure due to contemporary life and work,plus unhealthy diet,the incidence of gastric diseases has been increased year by year.The pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis is Liver failing in combing and dredging and Stomach failing in descending.Depression of Liver-qi invading Stomach,leads to Stomach failing in descending.Therefore,the major symptoms are stomach pain,bloating,belching and sour regurgitation.The treatment should be harmonizing Liver and Stomach,regulating qi to alleviate pain with self-made Shugan Hewei Decoction suggested by Professor WANG.
