摘要：目的探究敦煌医方辨治疾病用药配伍规律,为敦煌医方的传承与应用提供参考。方法整理《敦煌学大辞典》《敦煌石窟秘方与针灸图》《敦煌中医药全书》收载的方剂,建立敦煌方药数据库,采用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)集成的关联规则算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,分析敦煌医方治疗疾病用药配伍规律。结果整理敦煌医方300首,涉及中药297味,用药总频次1661次。高频药物有甘草、肉桂、生姜、人参、白芍等。数据挖掘得到药物组合31组,关联规则9条,演化出3味药核心组合Ⅰ和Ⅱ共28对,进一步聚类得到新处方28首。结论敦煌医方临证重视益气养阴、清热解毒、补血益气。挖掘得到核心药物是治疗天行病小阴旦汤的主要组成药物,其配伍规律及新处方可为敦煌医方的传承与应用提供参考。
Objective To explore the rules of medication compatibility of the treatment of diseases in Dunhuang Prescriptions;To provide references for the inheritance and application of Dunhuang Prescriptions. Methods Prescriptions in Dun Huang Xue Da Ci Dian, Dun Huang Shi Ku Mi Fang Yu Zhen Jiu Tu, and Dun Huang Zhong Yi Yao Quan Shu were collected, and database of Dunhuang Prescriptions was established. The unsupervised data mining methods such as the association rule algorithm and the entropy clustering of complex systems integrated with TCM Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5) were used to analyze the rules of medication compatibility of Dunhuang Prescriptions. Results Totally 300 Dunhuang Prescriptions were sorted out, involving 297 kinds of Chinese materia medica, with 1661 times of use frequency. The high-frequency medicines were Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Cinnamomi Cortex, Ginger, Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, and Paeoniae Radix Alba. Data mining obtained 31 groups of medicine combinations and 9 association rules, evolved 28 pairs of core combinations Ⅰ and Ⅱ with 3 medicine, and further clustered 28 new prescriptions. Conclusion Dunhuang Prescriptions focus on tonifying qi and yin, clearing heat and detoxification, and tonifying blood and qi. The core medicines obtained from data mining are the main components of Xiaoxingdan Decoction, which can treat infectious diseases, and the compatibility rules and new prescriptions can provide references for the inheritance and application of Dunhuang Prescriptions.
