摘要：绝经后骨质疏松症(Postmenopausal Osteoporosis,PMOP)是原发性骨质疏松症最常见的类型之一,主要以慢性周身疼痛、活动受限、骨骼变形甚至骨折为特点。近年来PMOP的发病率呈上升趋势,严重威胁女性的生命健康。中医药在治疗PMOP方面具有独特的优势,实验研究方面取得一定进展。本文从实验研究的动物造模、单味药物、复方及针灸疗法等方面就近年来中医药治疗PMOP的实验研究做一综述,以期为临床PMOP的中医药防治提供参考。
Postmenopausal osteoporosis is one of the most common types of primary osteoporosis,which is mainly characterized by chronic body pain,restricted movement,bone deformation and even fractures.In recent years,the incidence of PMOP has been on the rise,seriously threatens women’s life and health.TCM has unique advantages in the treatment of PMOP,and certain progress has been made in experimental research.In this article,the experimental researches on the treatment of PMOP in TCM in recent years were summarized from the aspects of animal modeling,single medicine,compound prescription and acupuncture and moxibustion therapies,in order to provide more references for the clinical prevention and treatment of PMOP.
