摘要:纳米纤维素基水凝胶因毒性小、生物相容性好、生物响应性好、生物降解性好、制备工艺简单、环保等优点,作为一种新型的药物缓控释载体在生物医药领域应用前景良好。现介绍纳米纤维素基水凝胶的制备方法及其在药物缓控释方面的研究进展,并指出目前存在的问题及未来主要的研究方向。
Nanocellulose-based hydrogel has shown a good application prospect in the field of biomedicine as a new type of sustained and controlled drug release carrier in recent years due to its advantages of low toxicity,good biocompatibility,good biological response,good biodegradability,simple preparation process,and environmental protection.This paper mainly introduces the preparation methods of nanocellulose-based hydrogels and their research progress in the field of sustained and controlled drug release,and points out the existing problems of nanocellulose-based hydrogels and the main research directions in the future.
