摘要:目的:研究营养元素配施对半夏产量和品质的影响。方法:在大田条件下,设置6种营养元素(氮磷钾铜硼钼)及低中高浓度,测定半夏产量、折干率、块茎直径达标率、淀粉、可溶性糖、总蛋白以及核苷类、琥珀酸、枸橼酸和生物碱含量。结果:6号处理下半夏产量最高(14 901.35 kg/hm^(2)),与其他处理相比具有显著差异(P<0.05)。半夏折干率最高的为10号处理(44.45%),块茎直径达标率最高的为8号处理(77.82%)。半夏淀粉含量最高的为16号处理(181.29 mg/g)、可溶性糖含量最高的为4号处理(65.54 mg/g)、总蛋白含量最高的为17号处理(18.57 mg/g)。半夏中核苷类总含量在0.71~2.99 mg/g之间、琥珀酸和枸橼酸总含量在0.98~1.82 mg/g之间、生物碱含量在0.46~1.50 mg/g之间。结论:在尿素18.70 g/m^(2)、过磷酸钙478.80 g/m^(2)、硫酸钾31.05 g/m^(2)、螯合铜1 500倍液(0.24 g/m^(2))、钼酸钠750倍液(0.48 g/m^(2))、四水八硼酸二钠1 000倍液(0.36 g/m^(2))处理下,半夏鲜产量为14 901.35 kg/hm^(2)。在半夏品质方面,高施加量的6种元素会促进半夏中核苷类成分的增加;高氮和高硼条件会促进半夏中淀粉、总蛋白和生物碱的增加,高钾条件下会促进半夏中可溶性糖的增加,高钼条件下会促进半夏中琥珀酸和枸橼酸的增加。
Objective:To study the effects of different nutrient element combinations on the yield and quality of Pinellia ternata.Methods:Under field conditions,six nutrient elements(nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,cuprum,boron,molybdenum)and low,medium,and high concentrations were set up,the yield,dry matter rate,compliance rate of tuber diameter,as well as the contents of starch,soluble sugar,total protein,nucleosides,succinic acid,citric acid,and alkaloids in Pinellia ternata were determined.Results:Treatment No.6 resulted in the highest fresh yield(14901.35 kg/hm^(2)),which was significantly higher than other treatments(P<0.05).Treatment No.10 showed the highest dry matter rate(44.45%),while Treatment No.8 resulted in the highest tuber diameter compliance rate(77.82%).The highest starch content was observed in Treatment No.16(181.29 mg/g),the highest soluble sugar content in Treatment No.4(65.54 mg/g),and the highest total protein content in Treatment No.17(18.57 mg/g).The total nucleoside content ranged from 0.71 to 2.99 mg/g,the total succinic acid and citric acid content ranged from 0.98 to 1.82 mg/g,and the alkaloid content ranged from 0.46 to 1.50 mg/g.Conclusion:The application of urea(18.70 g/m^(2)),calcium superphosphate(478.80 g/m^(2)),potassium sulfate(31.05 g/m^(2)),chelated copper(1500-fold dilution,0.24 g/m^(2)),sodium molybdate(750-fold dilution,0.48 g/m^(2))and disodium octaborate tetrahydrate(1000-fold dilution,0.36 g/m^(2))result in a fresh yield of 14901.35 kg/hm^(2).Regarding quality,high application rates of the six elements promote an increase in nucleoside components.High nitrogen and high boron conditions favor the accumulation of starch,total protein,and alkaloids.High potassium conditions promote the increase of soluble sugar content,while high molybdenum conditions enhance the contents of succinic acid and citric acid.
