摘要：目的观察黑逍遥散含药血清对由Aβ25~35片段毒性诱导的PC12细胞阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型凋亡的影响。方法利用细胞计数、MTT及流式细胞术测定观察黑逍遥散含药血清处理由Aβ片段诱导的PC12细胞活力、形态学及细胞凋亡的改变。结果黑逍遥散含药血清能增加Aβ25~35导致的升高PC12细胞的活力,降低LDH释放,流式细胞术分析显示,黑逍遥散含药血清能降低增加细胞凋亡率。结论黑逍遥散含药血清能升高PC12细胞的活力,降低LDH释放,对Aβ25~35诱导的PC12细胞凋亡有明显的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the influence of serum containing Heixiaoyao powder on apoptosis of PC12,a model of Alzheimer’s disease( AD) induced by Aβ25 ~ 35 fragment toxic effects. Methods Cell viability,morphological changes and apoptosis of AD model of PC12 cells induced by Aβ25 ~ 35 fragment were detected by cell counting,MTT and flow cytometry. Results The serum containing Heixiaoyao powder increased the vitality of PC12 cells,reduced the release of LDH,and reduced apoptosis rate. Conclusions The serum containing Heixiaoyao powder have significant protective effects on apoptosis of PC12 cells induced by Aβ25 ~ 35.
