摘要：目的:观察玻璃酸钠关节腔注射配合中药外敷治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法:将110例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射配合中药外敷治疗,对照组仅给予中药外敷。根据Shahr i ar ee评定标准随访3～9个月。结果:治疗组有效例数构成比与对照组相比有显著性差异(P=0.005),治疗组总有效率与对照组相比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:玻璃酸钠配合中药外敷治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效确切,不仅关节功能改善好,而且肿胀消退速度快,疼痛缓解明显,长期效果满意,适于临床应用。
Objective：To observe efficacy of sodium hyaluronate injection in knee combined with external application of Chinese herb in treating 110 cases of knee osteoarthritis.Method：110 cases of outpatients with knee osteoarthritis were selected and randomized into therapeutic and control group in which therapeutic group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection in knee combined with external application of Chinese herb,only external application for control group.The results were observed.All cases were followed up for 6～9 months based on shahriaree standard.Result：There were significant differences statistically in therapeutic group for percentage of effective cases including markedly effective and cure（χ2=10.88,P0.01） as well as total amount of effectiveness（χ2=10.632,P0.01） compared with that in control group.Conclusion：Sodium hyaluronate combined with external application of Chinese herb in treating knee osteoarthritis was surely effective and had some advantages as improving knee function,reducing swelling and pain especially in long time.
