摘要::目的:探讨心理资本在职业压力对农村幼儿教师职业幸福感影响中的调节效应。方法:随机选取350名农村幼儿教师,用幼儿教师工作压力源问卷(KTOSQ)、教师心理资本问卷(TPCQ)和幼儿教师职业幸福感量表(KTOWBS)进行调查。结果:①农村幼儿教师职业幸福感水平整体较低,公办幼儿教师的职业幸福感显著高于民办幼儿教师(t=5.78,p<0.01);②农村幼儿教师的心理资本与职业幸福感呈显著正相关(p<0.01),农村幼儿教师的职业压力与心理资本、职业幸福感呈显著负相关(p<0.01);③农村幼儿教师心理资本在职业压力对职业幸福感的影响中发挥显著的调节作用(p<0.01)。结论:良好的心理资本可以缓解职业压力对农村幼儿教师幸福感的消极影响。
Objective: to explore moderating effect of psychological capital on the relationship between occupational stress and well-beings among rural kindergarten teachers. Methods: 350 rural kindergarten teachers completed the kindergarten teachers’ occupational well-beings (KTOWBS) and kindergarten teacher occupational stress questionnaire(KTOSQ), teachers’ psychological capital questionnaire (TPCQ). Results: first, the level of rural kindergarten teachers’ occupational well-being is relatively low. The occupational well-being of rural kindergarten teachers in public kindergartens is significantly better than that in private kindergartens (p<0.01);second, rural kindergarten teachers’ psychological capital has a significantly positive correlation with their occupational well-being(p<0.01), while their occupational stress has a significantly negative correlation with their psychological capital and occupational well-being(p<0.01);third, their psychological capital has a significantly moderating effect on the relationship between occupational stress and well-being. Conclusion: Psychological capital, an intermediary variable, can alleviate the negative effect of occupational stress on rural kindergarten teachers’ occupational well-being.
