摘要：目的:观察复方当归妇炎灌肠剂治疗盆腔炎性疾病的临床疗效。方法:选取2008年3月—2010年3月间来我中心门诊、住院病人确诊为盆腔炎性疾病患者198例。将其中100例患者按就诊时间依次随机分为治疗组50例,用自拟复方当归妇炎灌肠剂灌肠,对照组50例采用中药口服(与灌肠方组方相同);另将98例患者按就诊时间依次随机分为治疗组50例,给予上述中药方灌肠,对照组48例给予西药抗生素。观察患者治疗前后临床症状、体征的改善以及疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率(98%);对照组中:中药口服组总有效率(92%);西药抗生素组总有效率(56.2%)。治疗组中药灌肠组疗效明显优于对照组的中药口服组及西药抗生素组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方当归妇炎灌肠剂治疗妇科盆腔炎性疾病疗效确切。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Compound Angelica Fuyan enema on the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods：Among the 198 inpatients diagnosed as pelvic inflammatory disease from March 2008 to March 2010 in our center outpatient, 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to time sequence of seeing doctor. 50 patients in the treatment group were given self-made compound angelica Fuyan enema and 50 patients in the control group orally took Chinese medicine （the prescription was same as the enema prescription）;the other 98 were also randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to time sequence of seeing doctor. 50 patients in the treatment group were given clyster of the above prescription of traditional Chinese medicine and 48 patients in the control group were given western medicine antibiotics. The improvement of clinical symptoms, signs and the curative effect of patients were observed . Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98%;in the control group, the total effective rate of the oral medicine group was 92%;the antibiotics group 56.2%. The curative effect of the clyster of Chinese medicine group was significantly better than that of the oral Chinese medicine group and western medicine antibiotic group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：＆quot;Compound Angelica Fuyan enema＆quot;has definite curative effect on gynecological pelvic inflammatory disease.
