摘要：目的基于CiteSpace软件分析国内慢性盆腔炎护理研究的研究现状及热点,为开展相关研究提供参考依据。方法计算机检索2011年1月1日至2021年12月31日发表在中国知网(CNKI)的有关慢性盆腔炎护理的文献,借助CiteSpace软件进行分析及知识图谱绘制。结果最终纳入802篇文献,发文量总体呈上升趋势,2019年发文量达到高峰,但2020—2021年有下降趋势。宋霞、曹俊岩和罗窅三位学者发文量最多各3篇。发文机构最多的是江西省妇幼保健院。研究热点主要为生活质量、整体护理、中药灌肠、护理干预、护理效果、中医护理、健康教育及心理护理等。结论本研究反映了慢性盆腔炎护理的研究热点及前沿,需进一步加强该领域内作者与机构间的交流合作,后续研究应集中于慢性盆腔炎患者的整体护理、心理状态、负性情绪及依从性等方向。
Objective To analyze the current study status and hotspots on nursing of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in China based on CiteSpace software,so as to provide a reference basis for conducting subsequent studies.Methods The literature on nursing of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease published in China national knowledge internet(CNKI)from January 1,2011 to December 31,2021 was retrieved by computer,and literature-based analysis was made and knowledge map was drawn by CiteSpace software.Results 802 articles were included in this study,with an overall increasing number of publications,peaking in 2019,but with a downward trend in 2020 to 2021.SONG Xia,CAO Junyan and LUO Yao published the articles most,with 3 of each.The institution with the most publications was Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital.The study hotspots were mainly quality of life,holistic nursing,traditional Chinese medicine enema,nursing interventions,nursing outcomes,traditional Chinese medicine nursing,health education and psychological nursing.Conclusion This study reflects the hotspots and frontiers of study on nursing of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and it is suggested for authors and institutions in this field to further strengthen mutual communication and cooperation.It is also suggested that subsequent studies should focus on the overall nursing,psychological status,negative emotions and compliance of patie nts with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
