摘要:目的提高护理本科生科研创新能力,探索适合在中医药院校推广应用的护理本科生科研创新能力培养模式。方法通过4个阶段对护理本科生科研创新的兴趣、意识、知识、能力和素质5个方面进行培养。结果 6年的系统性培养实践结果显示,护理本科生参加科研创新的积极性和主动性增强了,科研创新的意识明显增强,获得的科研创新成果逐年增多,科研创新素质不断提高。结论该培养模式形成了兴趣—意识—知识—思维—行为—能力—素质的良性循环,符合中医药院校护理本科生科研创新能力培养要求。
Objective To improve nursing undergraduates’ innovation ability, and explore effective ways to trainsuch ability among nursing undergraduates of TCM colleges and universities. Methods Nursing undergraduateswere trained in 4 phases from 5 aspects of interests, awareness, knowledge, ability and quality. Results A 6-yearsystematic training practice showed that these students’ enthusiasm and initiatives were increased. Their scientificawareness was aroused. Their innovative products were increased with each passing year. And their innovationquality was also enhanced as a whole. Conclusion This training mode has formed a favorable cycle of enthusiasm-awareness- knowledge- thinking- behavior- ability- quality, which conforms to the innovation ability nurturingrequirement for nursing undergraduates of TCM colleges and universities.
