摘要：类风湿性关节炎根据其症状特点归属于中医学痹证范畴,是一种慢性系统性炎症性病变,病因复杂,西医治疗效果欠佳。记载于《金匮要略》中的桂枝芍药知母汤主治风湿历节,现被广泛用于类风湿性关节炎的临床治疗中,疗效显著。基于此,文章对近5年来桂枝芍药知母汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的理论研究、临床研究、作用机制研究的相关文献进行综述和讨论,为更深入地研究桂枝芍药知母汤提供参考与启示,充分挖掘桂枝芍药知母汤的价值。
Rheumatoid arthritis belongs to the category of arthralgia syndrome in TCM according to its symptom characteristics.It is a chronic systemic inflammatory disease with complex etiology and poor treatment effects Western medicine.The Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction(桂枝芍药知母汤)recorded in Jin’gui Yaolue(《金匮要略》)is mainly used to treat rheumatic disease.Now,it is widely used in the clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,with remarkable curative effects.Based on this,this paper summarizes and discusses the relevant literature on the theoretical research,clinical research and action mechanism of the Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction on rheumatoid arthritis in recent 5 years,in order to provide more reference and enlightenment for the further study on the Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction,and fully explore the value of the Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction.
