摘要：目的:观察温肾暖宫方联合西药治疗寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症(EM)痛经的临床疗效。方法:将70例寒凝血瘀型EM痛经患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各35例。对照组口服米非司酮片;治疗组在对照组基础上予温肾暖宫方。治疗3个月经周期后运用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和痛经症状积分评价治疗前后的疼痛程度,观察两组治疗前后血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平、临床总有效率及不良反应发生率的变化。结果:两组患者治疗后VAS和痛经症状积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),治疗组下降程度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血清VEGF水平均显著降低(P<0.01),治疗组下降程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率(94.12%)显著高于对照组(72.73%)(P<0.05)。结论:温肾暖宫方联合西药治疗寒凝血瘀型EM痛经具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of Wenshen Nuangong Formula combined with western medicine in the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis type of endometriosis(EM)dysmenorrhea.Methods:Totally 70 patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis type of EM dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and treatment group(35 cases).Patients in control group were treated with mifepristone tablet.Patients in treatment group was given Wenshen Nuangong Formula on the basis of the above treatment.The two groups were treated continuously for 3 menstrual cycles.The visual analogue scale(VAS)and dysmenorrhea symptom scores were used to evaluate the degree of pain before and after treatment.The changes in the level of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),the total clinical efficiency and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed before and after the treatment of the two groups.Results:The scores of VAS and dysmenorrhea symptom scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the degree of decrease in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the VEGF level of the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.01),and the degree of decrease in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group(94.12%)was higher than that of the control group(72.73%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Wenshen Nuangong Formula combined with western medicine in the treatment of EM dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis has better clinical efficacy.
