摘要：近年来随着空气污染和人们生活方式的改变,变应性鼻炎的发病率逐年增加,逐步成为耳鼻喉科门诊的常见病。该病病情反复发作、缠绵难愈,严重影响各年龄段人们的日常生活及心理健康。对于变应性鼻炎,现代医学药物治疗见效快但不良反应大,易复发;中医学对于变应性鼻炎有自己独特的认识,认为变应性鼻炎主要是由于肺、脾、肾虚损,正气不足,腠理疏松,卫表不固,使机体对外界环境的适应性降低所致,有肺气虚寒证、脾气虚弱证、肾阳不足证及肺经伏热证四种证型。根据不同证型选用不同的方药进行诊治能够达到现代医学所不及的治疗效果,且不良反应较小。中西医结合治疗有助于临床症状及体征的调整,提高治疗的总有效率,对于患者的免疫功能的提高、复发的次数的减少、鼻塞患者鼻部通气功能都有较好的改善,是受患者欢迎的综合疗法。通过查阅大量相关文献,从中医学(内治法、外治法、内治法联合外治法)、现代医学(药物治疗、手术治疗)以及中西医结合(中医内治法联合现代医学、中医外治法联合现代医学药物)三个方面综述了变应性鼻炎不同治疗方法的临床进展,以期为变应性鼻炎的临床治疗提供更多参考方法。
In recent years,with air pollution and the change of people’s lifestyle,the incidence of allergic rhinitis is increasing year by year,and it has gradually become a common disease in the outpatient department of otolaryngology.As a recurrent disease,it is lingering and difficult to heal,which seriously affects the daily life and mental health of people of all ages.In the treatment of allergic rhinitis,modern medicine drug treatment is effective quickly,but the adverse reaction is obvious,and it is easy to relapse.TCM has unique understanding on allergic rhinitis,the allergic rhinitis is thought to be mainly due to lung,spleen,kidney deficiency,insufficiency of vital energy,striae of the skin and muscles being loose,the defensive Qi(气)is not solid,so that the body’s adaptability to the external environment is reduced,its syndrome types include lung Qi deficiency and cold syndrome,spleen weakness syndrome,kidney Yang(阳)deficiency syndrome and lung meridian heat syndrome four syndrome types.According to different syndrome types,the treatment effect can be achieved by selecting different formulas and drugs,and the adverse reactions are less.The integrative medicine can help to adjust clinical symptoms and signs,promote the total effective rate of treatment,improve the immune function of patients,reduce the number of recurrence,improve the nasal ventilation function of patients with nasal obstruction,and is a popular comprehensive therapy for patients.By consulting a large number of relevant literature,clinical progress of different treatment methods for allergic rhinitis is reviewed from three aspects:traditional Chinese medicine(internal treatment,external treatment,internal treatment combined with external treatment),modern medicine(drug therapy,surgical treatment)and the integrative medicine(TCM internal treatment combined with modern medicine,TCM external treatment combined with modern medicine),so as to provide more reference for clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis.
