摘要：目的观察藏药十八味欧曲膏对大鼠湿疹模型皮损及血清IL-4的影响。方法建立大鼠湿疹模型,观察藏药十八味欧曲膏低(0.14g/kg)、中(0.21g/kg)、高(0.35g/kg)剂量经皮给药治疗10d,以冰黄肤乐、凡士林(与藏药基质相似)为对照组,观察综合评分,取背部皮片做组织病理观察和真皮炎性细胞计数,采用ELISA法检测大鼠血清中IL-4的含量。结果藏药十八味欧曲膏可不同程度地改善DNCB引起的表皮角化、棘细胞层增厚、表皮突延长等病理表现,各给药组与模型组相比差异有统计学意义;各给药组红斑缩小或消退,评分较模型组有所下降,差异均有统计学意义;各给药组真皮内炎性细胞计数较模型组有明显降低,差异均有统计学意义;模型组IL-4较正常对照组降低,各给药组与模型组相比IL-4均有升高,其中高、低剂量组与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论藏药十八味欧曲膏可有效改善湿疹红斑、水肿等症状,其治疗湿疹的作用机制可能与调节致炎、抑炎因子、抑制炎性细胞有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of Zangyao Shibawei Ouqu Paste on the eczema model skin lesions and level of serum Interleukin-4 in rats. Methods After causing eczema in rats,the overall score was observed in all Ouqu Paste groups （0.14g/kg,0.21g/kg,0.35g/kg, 10d） ,control with Binghuangfule ,Vaseline（ the matrix similar to tibetan medicine）, and histopathological changes in the back skin of the rats were observed, and the amount of inflammatory cells in dermis was counted, and use Elisa measure the contents of interlenkin-4 in ser- um were measured. Results Through each drug group showed pathological features in varying degrees, such as the improvement on the cornification of epidermis, the thickening of prickle-cell layer and the extension of trochanterellus caused by DNCB, and there were significant differences between the drug groups and the model groups, each drug group showed as the area reduction or subsiding of spiloplaxia, differences were statistical significance. Comparing to blank group, the IL-4 were decreased. Comparing to the model groups, each drug group showed the IL-4 were increased, it was showed difference obviously between the high and low dose groups and the model groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Zangyao Shibawei Ouqu Paste can treat eczema effectively. The mechanism of treating eczema maybe related to adjustment of the inflammatory factors and inhibition of the inflammatory cells.
