摘要：岷山红三叶是一种食用与药用兼优的植物,在我国亚高山草甸草地中资源丰富,具有广阔的开发前景。本文综述了岷山红三叶的资源特点、营养成分和生物活性,简要分析了岷山红三叶的应用现状,对岷山红三叶的产品开发提出意见和参考。
Trifolium pratenseL. is a special kind of economic plant with excellent edible and medicinalproperties. It has rich resources in China＇s subalpine meadow and has broad prospects for development. Theresources distribution and habitat characteristics of Trifolium pratense L., the status of industrial development,the nutritional composition and biological activity are summarized in this paper. The application of Trifolium pratenseL. were introduced in the paper, which put forward suggestions and reference for product developmentand comprehensive utilization of Trifolium pratense L.
