摘要：目的研究大黄对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂水平的影响,探讨大黄防治高脂血症的作用及其机制。方法以喂饲高脂饲料的方法复制高脂血症大鼠模型,同时分别用低、中、高剂量大黄水煎液进行干预,30 d后取血测定大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量。结果与高脂模型组比较,大黄高剂量组大鼠血清TC浓度显著降低,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);大黄各剂量组大鼠血清TG浓度与高脂模型组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论大黄可显著降低血脂,对高脂血症具有较好的防治作用。
Objective To study the influence of Rhubarb on the blood lipid of model rats with hyperlipidemia,and discuss the mechanism of Rhubarb in treating hyperlipidemia. Methods By using high fat diet for modeling,the hyperlipidemic rats were divided into 3 groups and interfered by water decoction of Rhubarb with low,medium and high dose respectively. Serum TC,TG and HDL-C in rats were measured after 30 days. Results Compared with the model group,the levels of TC in 3 groups were decreased and the group with high dose was most pronounced( P<0.05). The differences were all statistically significant( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion Rhubarb can effectively lower blood lipid and has a good preventive and theapeutic effect on hyperlipidemia.
