摘要:目的探讨基于云网络的案例式教学法(case based learning,CBL)在脾胃病科临床教学中的应用。方法将200名在甘肃中医药大学附属医院脾胃病科实习的中医学及中西医结合专业实习生采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各100名。对照组采用传统讲授法(lecture-based learning,LBL),观察组在LBL的基础上联合CBL,比较2组实习生在出科理论考试成绩、实践技能操作成绩、综合能力评分及对临床教学效果的评价方面的差异。结果观察组实习生出科理论成绩、实践技能操作成绩及综合能力评分均高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在提高学习效率及自学能力、激发学习兴趣、有利于临床思维模式建立、提高团队合作能力、拓宽知识面、提高提出及分析问题的能力、加强理论知识的理解与记忆、对教学方法是否满意等8个方面均优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论CBL教学法加深了实习生对理论知识的掌握,提高了分析问题和解决临床具体问题的能力,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of case based learning( CBL) based on cloud network in clinical teaching of splenico-gastric diseases. Methods Totally 200 interns of traditional Chinese medicine speciality and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine speciality in the department of splenico-gastric diseases of Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese medicine were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 100 interns in each group. The control group adopted traditional teaching method lecture-based learning( LBL),and the observation group combined CBL on the basis of LBL. The differences between the interns of the 2 groups were compared in the scores of theoretical examination results for after-department examination,practical skills operation,comprehensive ability evaluation and clinical teaching effect evaluation. Results The theoretical examination results for after-department examination,practical skill operation score and comprehensive ability score of the interns in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant( P < 0.05). The observation group was better than the control group in improving learning efficiency and self-learning ability,stimulating learning interest,helping to establish clinical thinking mode,improving team cooperation ability,broadening the scope of knowledge,improving the ability of raising and analyzing problems,strengthening the understanding and memory of theoretical knowledge,and whether they were satisfied with teaching methods,and the differences were statistically significant between the 2 groups( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion CBL teaching method deepens the interns’ mastery of theoretical knowledge,improves their ability to analyze and solve clinical problems,which is worthy of promotion and application.
