摘要：目的探讨甘肃省临夏回族自治州回族居民高血压患病情况及相关因素,为制定相应降压策略提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,抽取临夏回族自治州208名回族居民,了解居民的基本情况、行为生活方式及高血压患病情况。采用问卷调查表进行现场调查,调查数据采用χ2检验等方法分析。结果临夏回族自治州回族居民的患病率、知晓率、治疗率、控制率分别为45.19%、57.45%、23.40%、5.32%。高血压患病率随年龄的增加而上升,从60岁开始,年龄越大,患病率越高(P<0.01);60~70岁间的女性患病率高于男性(P<0.05)。体质质数越高,高血压患病率越高,两者呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论临夏回族自治州回族居民高血压患病率较高,高血压患病率与居民性别、年龄、体质指数、文化程度有密切关系;在防治高血压时,应考虑多种危险因素,综合防控。
Objective To explore the prevalence of hypertension and related factors among Hui residents in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province,and to provide scientific basis for formulating corresponding antihypertensive strategies.Methods 208 Hui residents in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture were selected by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method to understand the residents’basic situation,behavioral lifestyle and hypertension prevalence.The questionnaire was used to carry out on-the-spot investigation,and the investigation data were analyzed byχ2 test and other methods.Results The prevalence rate,awareness rate,treatment rate and control rate of Hui residents in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture were 45.19%,57.45%,23.40%and 5.32%respectively.The prevalence rate of hypertension increases with the increase of age.from the age of 60,the higher the age,the higher the prevalence rate(P<0.01).The prevalence rate of women aged 60-70 years is higher than that of men(P<0.05).The higher the constitution quality number,the higher the prevalence rate of hypertension,the positive correlation between the two(P<0.01).Conclusion The prevalence rate of hypertension among Hui residents in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture is relatively high.The prevalence rate of hypertension is closely related to the gender,age,body mass index and educational level of residents.In the prevention and treatment of hypertension,various risk factors should be considered and comprehensive prevention and control should be carried out.
