摘要：肿瘤是目前威胁人类健康与生命的主要疾病之一,而化疗作为临床治疗恶性肿瘤最常见的方法之一,其在杀伤杀死肿瘤细胞的同时,也会对肠道黏膜屏障造成一定损伤,并带来一定的毒副反应,这在一定程度上严重影响着化疗的临床效果。近年来,随着微生态学的不断发展,肠道菌群与化疗之间的关系受到越来越多的关注,化疗造成的肠道菌群紊乱可能是其导致肠道黏膜损伤和毒副反应的重要机制。中医认为"四季脾旺而不受邪",化疗所造成的肠道菌群紊乱会加重肿瘤患者脾胃功能的失调,导致患者机体免疫功能进一步降低,对化疗药物的耐受性进一步下降,故利用中医药调节化疗患者肠道菌群的平衡,提高其对化疗药物的耐受性是临床针对化疗药物增效减毒的重要途径之一。
Tumor is currently one of the major diseases that threaten human health and life.Chemotherapy,as one of the most common methods for clinical treatment of malignant tumors,kills tumor cells and also damages the intestinal mucosal barrier.Bring certain toxic side effects,which to a certain extent,seriously affect the clinical effect of chemotherapy.In recent years,with the continuous development of microecology,the relationship between intestinal microbiota and chemotherapy has received more and more attention.The disturbance of intestinal flora caused by chemotherapy may be the important mechanism of intestinal mucosal damage and toxicity.important mechanism Chinese medicine believes that'the four seasons are spleen-rich and free of evil'.Disturbance of the intestinal flora caused by chemotherapy will aggravate the dysfunction of the spleen and stomach function of patients with cancer,leading to further reduction of the body’s immune function and tolerance to chemotherapeutics.Traditional Chinese medicine regulates the balance of gut microbiota in patients undergoing chemotherapy,and improves its tolerance to chemotherapeutic drugs.It is one of the most important ways for chemotherapeutic drugs to increase efficacy and reduce toxicity.
