摘要：本文系统综述血管紧张素类药物在高血压治疗中的创新应用与发展趋势,重点解析3类药物(血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂、直接肾素抑制剂)的作用机制、临床优势及局限性,并探讨新型长效制剂Zilebesiran的技术突破与挑战。研究指出,血管紧张素类药物通过多维度调控肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统,在降压、靶器官保护及神经保护领域展现出独特价值,但其长期安全性、个体化治疗及新型递送技术仍需深入探讨。未来研究将聚焦精准治疗体系构建、跨学科技术融合及长效递送系统优化,推动高血压治疗向精准化治疗模式转型。
This article provides a systematic review of the innovative applications and development trends of angiotensin-targeting drugs in hypertension treatment,with a focus on analyzing the mechanisms of action,clinical advantages,and limitations of three drug classes(angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors,angiotensinⅡreceptor blockers,and direct renin inhibitors).It also explores the technological breakthroughs and challenges associated with the novel long-acting agent Zilebesiran.The study highlights that angiotensin-targeting drugs demonstrate unique value in blood pressure control,target organ protection,and neuroprotection through multidimensional modulation of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system.However,their long-term safety,personalized treatment strategies,and novel delivery technologies still require in-depth investigation.Future research will concentrate on constructing precision treatment systems,integrating interdisciplinary technologies,and optimizing long-acting delivery systems to advance hypertension therapy toward a precision medicine paradigm.
