摘要:目的:观察温肾胶囊对大鼠行为和脑组织单胺类神经递质的影响。方法:将60只SD雌性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、温肾胶囊低、中、高剂量组及蒲郁组。采用慢性不可预见应激模型抑郁症大鼠。测定大鼠体重变化、强迫游泳不动时间;采用酶联免疫法测定大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质含量。结果:与模型组比较,温肾胶囊高剂量组的体重增长明显加快(P<0.05),游泳不动时间明显缩短(P<0.05);温肾胶囊3个剂量组的脑内单胺类神经递质含量均升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:温肾胶囊具有一定的抗抑郁作用,其机理可能与增加脑内单胺类神经递质含量有关。
Objective: Observing the effect of Wenshen capsule on rat behavior and monoamine neurotransmitter in brain tissue.Methods: Dividing 60 SD female rats randomly into regular group,model group,Wenshen capsule low,medium,high dosages and PuYu group,Adopting chronic unexpected prevision stress model to duplicate depression rat model.Determining changes of rat weight and time of forcing swim;adopting ELISA to detect the content of monoamine neurotransmitter in brain cell of rats.Results: The weight that compared with model group,high dosage of Wenshen capsule increased accelerating(P 0.05),swim time shortened obviously(P 0.05);the content of cerebral monoamine neurotransmitter of 3 dosage of groups increased(P 0.05 or P 0.01).Conclusion: The Wenshen capsule has certain resisting depressed effect,whose mechanism may related to the increasing content of cerebral monoamine neurotransmitter.
