摘要:目的:比较晒干、烘干和热炕干燥对甘肃贝母品质的影响,确定最佳干燥方式。方法:对晒干、烘干和热炕干燥3种不同方式干燥的甘肃贝母进行外观性状、显微结构观察,以及水分、总灰分、浸出物检查;采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定3种样品中总生物碱含量;采用高效液相色谱法测定其中贝母辛、西贝母碱苷、贝母素甲、贝母素乙、湖贝甲素含量。结果:不同干燥方式对甘肃贝母的外观色泽、粉性、显微结构、淀粉粒数影响较小;总灰分、水分均符合《中华人民共和国药典》 2020年版标准,晒干样品浸出物含量最高;3种干燥方式的甘肃贝母总生物碱含量差异无统计学意义,但晒干的甘肃贝母总生物碱含量较高;晒干样品中贝母辛、西贝母碱苷和贝母素乙含量显著高于烘干和热炕干燥样品(P<0.01)。结论:建议采用晒干方式作为甘肃贝母产地初加工干燥的主要方式。
Objective:This study compared the effects of sun drying,oven drying,and hot kang drying on the quality of Fritillaria przewalskii medicinal materials to determine the optimal drying method.Methods:The appearance,microstructure,moisture,total ash,and leachate of F.przewalskii dried by sun drying,oven drying,and hot kang drying were observed.The content of total alkaloids in three samples was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry;high-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the contents of peimisine,sipeimine-3β-D-glucoside,verticine,peiminine,and hupehenine.Results:Different drying methods had little effect on the appearance color,powder property,microstructure,and starch granule number of F.przewalskii.The total ash content and moisture content were in line with the standards of the Pharmacopoeia of the People′s Republic of China(2020 edition),and the extract content was the highest after sun drying.There was no significant difference in the total alkaloid content of F.przewalskii between the three drying methods,but the total alkaloid content of F.przewalskii after sun drying was higher.The results showed that the contents of peimisine,sipeimine-3β-D-glucoside,and peiminine in medicinal materials after sun drying were significantly higher than those after oven drying and hot kang drying(P<0.01).Conclusion:It is suggested that the sun drying method should be used as the main method for the primary processing of F.przewalskii.
