摘要:基于系统论,进行护理本科生科研创新能力培养模式的构建与实践,探索出“知识-能力-素质”协调发展的“三阶段九步骤”系统性培养模式。该模式对学生科研创新能力的培养形成了“兴趣—意识—知识—思维—行为—能力—素质”的良性循环路径,使学生对科研创新的态度和情感进一步升华,可为同类院校护理本科生科研创新能力培养提供参考。
Based on system theory,the paper constructs and practices the cultivation mode of scientific research innovation ability of nursing undergraduates,and explores the systematic cultivation mode of"three-stage and ninestep"in the coordinated development of"knowledge,ability and quality".This model has formed a virtuous cycle path of"interest-consciousness-knowledge-thinking-behavior-ability-quality"for the cultivation of students'scientific research innovation ability,which improves students'attitude and emotion towards scientific research innovation,and can provide a reference for the cultivation of scientific research innovation ability of nursing undergraduates in similar universities.
