摘要：实施乡村振兴战略,落到实处就是不断提高广大农民的获得感、幸福感和安全感,让农民获得健康生活和良好的医疗服务则是基本的需求和保障。在此背景下,乡村医生应该成为乡村居民健康的守护者、乡村医疗与外界的联络者和乡村居民精神的关怀者。但在实际中城乡结构性失衡依然严重,在农村生活和就业还存在制度性和政策性歧视,乡村医生在各种管理制度规约之下,自身难以获得专业化发展。从业人员普遍的低学历和后期培训的实效性不强,他们很难担当起乡村居民健康“守护人”的重要角色;繁杂的公共卫生服务使得乡村医生陷入多重角色,消解了其专业发展的精力;身份认同危机使得自身发展的内生动力不足。文章认为促进乡村医生的卓越化发展,需要精准施策,提升专业素养;加快推进乡村信息化医疗平台建设,助力其专业发展;增强内生发展动能,促进乡村医生自我发展。
The implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy is to continuously improve the farmers’sense of acquisition,happiness and security,and the basic demand and guarantee is to let farmers live a healthy life and enjoy good health services.In this context,rural doctors should be the guardians of rural residents’health,the contacts of rural health care with the outside world and the spiritual protectors of rural residents.However,in reality,the structural imbalance between urban and rural areas is still serious,and there are still institution and policy discrimination in rural life and employment.It is quite difficult for rural doctors to obtain professional development under various management systems.It is hard for them to play an important role as guardians of rural residents’health due to their low academic qualifications and poor effectiveness of post training.The complex public health services give rural doctors multiple roles,which dissipate their energy for professional development,andidentity crisis makes their endogenous power of self-development insufficient.To promote the excellent development of rural doctors,it is necessary to implement accurate policies for the improvement of their professional quality,toaccelerate the construction of rural informationalized medical platform to help their professional development,and to enhance the endogenous power to promote the self-development of rural doctors.
