摘要：慢性踝关节不稳定是踝关节扭伤后,失治误治,造成陈旧性踝关节扭伤。其最主要的危害是后期的踝关节不稳。严重影响患者生活质量。目前对于慢性踝关节不稳的诊断及治疗仍具有争议性。中医学对于该疾病有独到的认识,在慢性踝关节不稳定,尤其是功能性踝关节不稳定的治疗有其独特的优势。本文将综述中医骨伤科对慢性踝关节不稳定的认识及治疗方法。
Chronic ankle instability is an ankle sprain,and no treatment or mistreatment can cause old ankle sprain.The most important hazard is the instability of the ankle joint in the later stage,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.At present,the diagnosis and treatment of chronic ankle instability is still controversial.Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique understanding of the disease and has unique advantages in the treatment of chronic ankle instability,especially functional ankle instability.This article will review the understanding and treatment of chronic ankle instability in TCM orthopedics.
