摘要：目的:提高金银花硬质扦插的成苗率。方法:采用NAA、IBA、ABT_2和IAA四种生长调节剂处理,研究其对金银花硬质扦插成苗效果的影响。结果:不同的生长调节剂对金银花硬质扦插苗的成活率、地上部分及地下部分均有影响,且生长调节剂的浓度不同,对金银花扦插苗的影响存在差异,其中以300 mg·L^(-1)IAA处理效果最好,扦插苗的成活率较对照提高了96.16%。结论:在实际生产中可用300 mg·L^(-1)IAA来处理金银花插穗,促进根系和枝条生长,提高其成活率,加快繁殖速度。
Objective： To improve the survival rate of Lonicera japonica by hardwood cutting propagation. Methods： Four growth regulators were used to study the effect of raising seedlings of L. japonica by hardwood cuttings. Results： The different types of growth regulators treatment showed effect of raising seedling of L.japonica by hardwood cutting, and the concentration of the growth regulators had also influences, 300 mg·L^-1 IAA showed the best effect, the survival rate was increased by 96. 16% compared with the CK. Conclusion： In the actual production, 300 mg·L^-1 IAA can be used to promote the growth of roots and branches, improve survival rate and to speed up the breeding of L. japonica by hardwood cuttings.
