摘要:目的评价3D Body软件在经络腧穴学课程教学中的应用效果。方法选取甘肃中医药大学2017级针灸推拿学本科专业A、B班162名学生作为研究对象,A班设为试验组,B班设为对照组,其中对照组采取板书结合多媒体课件的常规授课模式,试验组在常规授课模式的基础上采用3D Body软件辅助教学。学期末授课结束后,通过实践、理论考核成绩及综合成绩评价2组的教学效果,并调查试验组学生对课程的满意度。结果学期末授课结束后,试验组学生的实践、理论考核成绩及综合成绩均明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);满意度问卷调查结果表明,学生普遍对采用3D Body软件辅助教学具有较高的认可度和满意度。结论将3D Body软件应用于经络腧穴学课程教学中,可使学生更好地掌握经脉循行、腧穴定位及穴位的断层解剖知识,提高学生的自主学习能力和学习效率,从而提高学生的实践及理论考核成绩。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of 3 D Body software on subject of channel-acupoint course teaching.Methods Totally 162 undergraduates from class A and class B of grade 2017 who major in acumoxibustion and massage of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine were chosen as the research objects,class A was the experimental group,class B was the control group,in which the control group adopted the conventional teaching mode of blackboard writing combined with multimedia courseware,and the experimental group used 3 D Body software to assist teaching on the basis of the conventional teaching mode.At the end of the semester,the teaching effect of the two groups was evaluated through the scores of practice,theory examination and comprehensive performance,and the students’satisfaction with the course in the experimental group was investigated.Results At the end of the semester,the students in the experimental group had significantly higher scores in practice,theory examination and comprehensive performance than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the results of satisfaction questionnaire survey showed that students generally had higher re-cognition and satisfaction for using 3 D Body software assisted teaching.Conclusion The application of3 D Body software on subject of channel-acupoint course teaching can make students better master the knowledge of channels circulation,acupoint location and sectional anatomy of acupoints,improve students’autonomous learning ability and learning efficiency,thus improve students’practice and theory examination scores.
