摘要：《东医宝鉴》是最负盛名的韩汉方医书,于2009年被列入联合国教科文组织世界记忆遗产名录。“修养为先,药石次之”是《东医宝鉴》的指导思想,小儿独特的生理病理特点决定其更应注重未病先防,小儿厌食症的预防须从先天及后天两方面入手。在诊断方面,《东医宝鉴》注重望诊,认为通过望诊可大致判知小儿厌食源何而来,居于何处,及寒热、虚实属性;在治疗方面,书中没有专门的方剂,但其它疾病所用方剂中有专门针对脾胃有伤、饮食异常所设的方剂,通过分析,可以得出理气、化瘀、消食、化痰在小儿厌食症中的占有非常重要的地位。
As a classic work of the eastern medicine,Dongyi Baojian was listed in world memory heritage of United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization in 2009.Children have unique physiological and pathological characteristics,therefore it should be paid more attention to prevent the disease,the prevention of children anorexia can be proceeded with the pre-heaven and post-heaven according to the prevention thought of the book.In terms of diagnosis,the observing method was emphasized in the book,from observing it can tell the cause and the features of cold or heat,deficiency or excess of the disease.In terms of the treatment of infantile anorexia,there was no special prescription in the book,but there were prescriptions for the injury of Spleen and Stomach and abnormal diet,which can be used for infantile anorexia through analysis.It can be concluded that regulating qi,removing blood stasis,helping digestion and resolving phlegm play a very important role in treating infantile anorexia.
