摘要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)肺康复治疗近年来进展迅速,已成为慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期主要措施,不仅可以减轻患者呼吸困难症状、提高运动耐力、稳定肺功能,而且可以改善生活质量和身心状态。本文就肺康复在慢阻肺稳定期治疗中的主要内容及临床效果作一综述。
COPD pulmonary rehabilitation therapy has made rapid progress in recent years.It has become the main measure of stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.It can not only alleviate the symptoms of dyspnea,improve exercise endurance,but also stabilize pulmonary function.And can improve the quality of life and physical and mental state.This article reviews the main contents and clinical effects of pulmonary rehabilitation in the stable stage of(COPD).
