摘要：肿瘤已成为目前威胁人类健康最主要的疾病之一,其中胃癌的发病率在某些地方已居于肿瘤的首位。目前,有研究认为胃癌的发病与肠道微生态紊乱有关,胃肠道微生态系统是维系小肠、大肠正常功能的核心要素和机体重要"功能器官",也是反映机体内环境稳定的"一面镜子"。反之,若肠道菌群异常及菌群移位与胃癌等肿瘤、糖尿病、多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)及化疗、手术等重大创伤性疾病的发生发展密切相关。中医认为"脾胃互为表里""脾为后天之本""脾与小肠相关",故调控胃肠微生态平衡是中医药提高胃癌患者疗效的重要途径之一。
Cancer has become one of the most important diseases threatening human health,and the incidence of gastric cancer in some areas has occupied the first place of tumor.At present,some studies suggest that the incidence of gastric cancer is related to intestinal micro ecological disturbance.Gastrointestinal micro ecological system is the core element to maintain the normal function of small intestine and large intestine,the important body 'functional organ',and a mirror reflecting the stability of the body environment.On the contrary,abnormal intestinal microflora and bacterial translocation are closely related to the occurrence and development of major traumatic diseases such as gastric cancer and other tumors,diabetes,multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS),chemotherapy and surgery.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that 'spleen and stomach interacts each other','spleen is the acquired foundation',and 'spleen is related to small intestine',so regulating gastrointestinal micro ecological balance is one of the important ways to improve the curative effect of gastric cancer patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine.
