摘要：膝骨关节炎为骨科常见病、多发病,尤在笔者所在西北地区,其发病率较高。中医学认为膝骨关节炎的发病与经筋功能的异常有关,同时与膝关节周围软组织的失衡密切相关。甘肃省名中医宋鹏程主任强调治筋不忘治骨,治骨必先理筋的理念,着眼于膝关节周围软组织平衡,临床运用三步摇旋活节法治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著,现基于经筋理论,试探讨总结三步摇旋活节法治疗膝骨性关节炎的经验。
Knee osteoarthritis is a common disease in orthopedics,especially in the Northwest region where the author is located,its incidence is higher.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that the pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis is related to the abnormal function of the tendons,and the onset of osteoarthritis of the knee is closely related to the imbalance of the soft tissues around the knee.Song Pengcheng,a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Gansu Province,emphasizes the concept of"Treating tendons without forgetting to treat bones"and"Treating bones must first treat tendons".He focuses on the balance of soft tissues around the knee joint,pays attention to manual treatment.The clinical application of the three-step rocking and rotating joint method in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has a significant effect.Based on the Meridians-sinew theory,this paper discusses and summarizes the experience of the three-step rocking and rotating method in treating knee osteoarthritis.
