摘要:获得性耐药是引起胰腺癌高致死率的主要原因,其中吉西他滨耐药在临床中最为常见。探究胰腺癌吉西他滨耐药的具体分子机制,有助于临床合理使用吉西他滨,提高患者的生活质量和生存率。长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)被报道在胰腺癌吉西他滨耐药中发挥着重要作用,并具有肿瘤耐药后特异性表达的特点,可能成为恢复胰腺癌吉西他滨敏感性的理想靶点。本文通过总结各种lncRNA在胰腺癌吉西他滨耐药中的具体作用机制,以期探索基于lncRNA筛选胰腺癌吉西他滨耐药可能的治疗靶点。
Acquired drug resistance is a major cause of high lethality in pancreatic cancer. Gemcitabine resistance is the most common in the clinic. Exploring the specific molecular mechanism of gemcitabine resistance in pancreatic cancer will facilitate using gemcitabine rationally in the clinic and improve the quality of life and survival of patients. Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs) play an important role in gemcitabine resistance of pancreatic cancer. Because of specific expression after drug resistance in tumors, lncRNAs have become ideal targets to restore gemcitabine sensitivity in pancreatic cancer. In this review, we summarize the specific mechanisms of various lncRNAs in gemcitabine resistance of pancreatic cancer to explore possible therapeutic targets related to lncRNA to alleviate gemcitabine resistance of pancreatic cancer.
