摘要：目的了解甘肃省农村妇女孕产期保健状况,探讨其影响因素。方法采取随机整群抽样法,随机抽取平凉市泾川县10个村2000年1月1日—2009年6月20日期间有活产的18～50岁已婚育龄妇女共计208名,对其孕产期保健状况进行问卷调查,采用单因素和多因素非条件概率Logistic回归法分析影响其孕产期保健的因素。结果农村孕产妇产前检查率为45.7%,住院分娩率63.0%,剖宫产率24.5%,产后访视率40.4%,系统管理率9.6%。影响产前检查的因素有年龄、文化程度、职业、生育活产儿数;住院分娩主要受年龄、文化程度和是否参加母婴保偿系统影响;产后访视的影响因素则主要有是否参加母婴保偿系统。结论农村妇女孕产期保健非常欠缺,应加强孕产期健康宣教,转变农村孕产妇思想,提高其保健服务水平,完善农村孕产妇保健系统。
Objective To understand health care status and its influencing factors of pregnant and lying-in women in rural of Gansu province. Methods 208 married and reproductive women aged 18 to 50 years from 10 villages of Jingchuan County of Pingliang City, who had at least delivered one child from January 1st 2000 to June 20th 2009 were selected randomly and given a survey on the pregnant and lying-in health status. Single-factor analysis and multi-factor non-conditional Logistic regression analysis were applied in the analysis. Results Prenatal examination rate, hospital delivery rate, cesarean section rate, post-natal visits rate, system management rate were 45.7%, 63.0%, 24.5%, 40.4%, 9.6% respectively. The analysis showed that health care of pregnant and lying-in women in rural areas was related with age, occupation, education level, the number of live neonates and compensation system of maternal and infant. Conclusion Rural women lack health care and education which should be strengthened during pregnancy. Efforts should be adopted to improve the level of maternal health services in rural areas and to improve maternal health-care system in rural areas.
