摘要：产后风湿病属中医学"产后痹证"范畴,王钢主任在治疗本病时将西医诊疗技术与祖国医学之辨证论治紧密有机结合,辨病与辨证共举,四诊合参,据病分证,以病统证,辨证论治,同时重视同病异证,以期治病求本,防止误诊和失治。认为本病以"正虚""邪侵"及"血瘀"为主,三者交互,多虚实夹杂,以虚为本,"不荣则痛""不通则痛"为其主要病机。病程不论长短,治当补益气血、调和营卫、蠲痹通络为法,兼以祛风除湿、散寒化瘀,随症加减用药,此法在临床上取得了满意的疗效。
Postpartum rheumatism belongs to postpartum arthralgia in traditional Chinese medicine,director Wang Gang combines Western medicine diagnosis and treatment technology with treatment based on TCM syndrome differentiation in treating this disease.The disease is treated based on syndrome differentiation,applying four diagnostic methods,and choosing dialectical treatment according to the different disease syndromes,meanwhile,misdiagnosis and mistreatment is avoided during the period of seeking medical treatment.Director Wang holds that“healthy qi deficiency”,"evil invasion"and"blood stasis"are the main causes of the disease and the three causes are interacting and mixed,therefore,the treatment lies in tonifying Qi and blood,regulating Ying and Wei,Juanbi Tongluo method,and dispelling cold wind and dampness,removing blood stasis,which achieves a satisfactory curative effect in clinic.
