摘要：通过考察古代文人"爱妾换马"的豪情风流行为及社会对妾在法律、制度上的人身定位和赋予妾的应用功能,得出:妾乃贱流,是性享用及生殖的工具;妾同妓女,是家庭的财富符号;妾通买卖,是社会的一般等价物等。揭示分析女性一族——妾在古代社会文化"潜规则"中的悲剧人生。
In the paper,the ancient literati’s romantic sentiment of ＂exchanging concubine for horse＂,the personal identity of the concubines named by the society in terms of law and institution and the application function of them are examined.And the result is： a concubine is obscure and is a tool for sexual access and reproduction;a concubine is equated with the prostitutes and symbolizes the wealth of the family and is the general equivalent like trade and so on.Thus it exposed the tragic life of the concubines under the hidden rules in the background of ancient social culture.
