摘要:目的:观察岷县当归预适应对大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注心律失常的保护作用。方法:腹腔注射垂体后叶素和硝酸甘油复制I/R模型,统计分析模型大鼠再灌注前后T波电压、心率变化及室性心律失常的发生率。结果:岷县当归预适应能有效降低模型大鼠T波电压的抬高程度,稳定心率,减少或防止大鼠心肌缺血再灌注室性心律失常的发生。结论:岷县当归预适应可减少或防止大鼠再灌注室性心律失常的发生,从而减轻再灌注性心肌损伤,对心肌缺血再灌注后大鼠心功能具有明显保护作用。
Objective: To observe the protection of MinXian County Angelica pre-adaptation to the rats with ischemia-reperfusion arrhythmia. Method:I/R models were established through injecting hypophysin and glyceryl trinitrate to abdominal cavity. The incidence of ventricular arrhythmia, changes of heart rate and T wave voltage in rats were analyzed statistically before and after reperfusion. Result: The pre-adaptation of MinXian County Angelica could effectively decrease the raise ofT wave voltage in rat models, maintain steady heart rate and reduce or prevent the incidence ofischemia-reperfusion arrhythrnia in rats. Conclusion: The pre-adaptation of MinXian County angelica could reduce or prevent the incidence of reperfusion arrhythmia in rats to alleviate myocardial damage due to reperfusion and it shows the protection to heart function of rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion.
